SM59: Program (exec) could not be started
Symptom
Solution
1. Ensure rfcexec and rfcexec.sec files are in your executable
directory, cdexe, /sapmnt/SID/exe/. If not there, you can download from
SAP Service Marketplace or copy from other SID (but ensure the version
is compatible with the current kernel).
